- I entered a wrong password too often
As a measure to protect your account, everyone is blocked who entered a wrong password ten times in a row. The blocking impacts the IP, not the account. The IP will be automatically unblocked after four hours. If you have forgotten your password, make sure to reset your password in My Details.
