It would be really cool to be able to combine different maps, like in templates if you could drag different flags on top of each other so you could be able to combine them into a new flag

The flags of Russian Administrative regions such as Oblasts, Krais, and Republics. Examples include Magadan Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai, or the Republic of Mordovia.

We already have the flag of West Virginia so why not have the flag of Virginia🙂
