Fix tall flag ratios and shapes

When I try to make a tall and skinny flag such as with a 2:1 ratio, all of the shapes get zoomed in way too much. Please fix this.

Symbols that are used by far-right groups (like runes) and/or are forbidden in Germany, won’t be added to Flag Creator.
