Intermediate Ukrainian Emergency Government

After the nuclear attack on Kyiv the nation was put into lockdown, with their capital gone Odesa became their emergency capital with a council of leaders holding everything togther. From early 2024 till June of 2027 the Intermediate Ukrainian Emergency Government ruled the nation, keeping everything in check with their council
