Essentially a what-if alternate history scenario where Bavaria, after forming the South German Confederation, formed the Federation of Germania with North Germany, being the leading monarchy in the Confederation. Blue representing Bavaria, the Iron Cross representing Germania, and the double Imperial colors at the bottom signifying the two states making the Federation.
