United Federation of Europe

The United Federation of Europe was created in 2031 during WWIII as a way to unite the European front. It was comprised of the members of the European Union, with the exception of Hungary. The newly formed federation gave large amounts of autonomy to the formerly independent nations, now known as the states of Europe, to prevent a civil war, and assumed control over most of the state's military, economy, and government. The new European Armed Forces (EAF) was able to get the disorganized European front into shape and launch a massive attack against Russia, capturing St. Petersburg before the winter. Two years later after the siege of Moscow, Russia surrendered, WWIII ended, and the UFE became one of the world's dominant superpowers.
